This website is operated by Zabala Ltd, trading as Apex Recruitment Partners, from Dublin, Ireland. We provide specialist construction recruitment. This property is not connected to other group consumer or retail storefronts.

What this site is

The site is a marketing and enquiry channel. It is not a job board. Browsing a page is not an offer of employment and not an engagement of our search services. Salary bands are indicative commentary, not an offer.

Employment-agency services

When we act, we introduce candidates to hiring clients. Fees, exclusivity, and replacement cover are set only in written terms of business issued for that brief. We do not charge candidates a fee for finding them work.

Enquiries and CV uploads

You warrant that information you submit is accurate and that you are entitled to send it. Sending a form does not guarantee a call, a shortlist, or a placement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction.
