Apex Recruitment Partners is a trading name of Zabala Ltd. We provide specialist construction recruitment — an employment-agency service — from Dublin, Ireland. Zabala Ltd is the data controller. Privacy requests: info@apexrecruitment.ie.
What we collect
Employer enquiries: name, company, job title, telephone, email, sector, assignment type, and the brief you send. Candidate enquiries and CV uploads: name, telephone, email, current title, sector, experience, location preference, cover note, and the CV file. We do not ask for PPS numbers or bank details on this site.
Why we process it
To provide employment-agency services, respond to a request you made, meet Irish legal duties, and — only if you tick the box — send optional marketing about construction roles.
Lawful bases
Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps at your request. Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in running a specialist construction desk. Article 6(1)(a) — consent for optional marketing. Article 6(1)(c) — legal obligation where Irish or EU law requires a record.
Who we share data with
Hiring clients, and only for a live or reasonably contemplated construction brief after we have spoken to the candidate. Processors who host this website and deliver notify email. We do not share Apex recruitment data with other Zabala Ltd consumer brands.
How long we keep it
Employer and unsuccessful candidate records: up to 24 months from last meaningful contact. Placement and fee records: six years after the assignment. Notify copies and server logs: ordinarily 12 months.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability, and you may object to legitimate-interests processing. Write to info@apexrecruitment.ie. You may complain to the Data Protection Commission, 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2 — dataprotection.ie.
International transfers
Our host may process data in the EEA and, where a location sits outside it, on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another Chapter V safeguard.
