Brief
Lead a transformative €60M mixed-use town center development (retail, residential, and leisure) in Kildare. You will be the face of the project, managing stakeholders, design teams, and the supply chain
Duties
Full project control, monthly CVR reporting in conjunction with the QS, and chairing weekly site meetings
Requirements
Strong leadership pedigree in large-scale building projects
