Brief

Our client is a heavy civil engineering contractor dominating the Munster market. They require a Commercial Manager to protect margins across major road, water, and earthworks frameworks

Duties

Managing a team of 4 QS professionals, overseeing complex target-cost contracts, and leading dispute resolutions

Requirements

10+ years in Civil Engineering QS roles, deep knowledge of public works contracts (PWC) and FIDIC
