Brief

Oversee a portfolio of 3 to 4 concurrent projects (commercial, education, and healthcare) valuing up to €80M combined. You will lead multiple project teams and report directly to the Construction Director

Duties

Strategic program planning, high-level client management, risk mitigation, and driving commercial success across your portfolio

Requirements

10+ years management experience with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor. A strategic thinker with a track record of dispute avoidance
