Brief
We are sourcing a seasoned Site Manager to lead the delivery of a 15-story residential apartment block in central Dublin. You will be the driving force on the ground, ensuring trades are coordinated and the program remains on track
Duties
Daily site inductions, RAMS review, QA/QC management, and short-term programming (look-aheads)
Requirements
Trade or degree background, SMSTS / IOSH, and proven experience bringing high-density residential builds out of the ground
