Step away from the site and into a strategic advisory role. Our client, a leading Cost Consultancy, is expanding their Dublin team. You will manage cost plans, procurement strategies, and final accounts for high-end commercial and public sector clients
Duties
Feasibility studies, value engineering, contract administration, and mentoring junior surveyors
Requirements
BSc in Quantity Surveying, ideally Chartered (SCSI/RICS) or on track, with 5+ years of PQS experience
Benefits
35-hour work week, professional fees paid, 28 days annual leave, rapid progression to Associate level
